Monterey Bay Aquarium asks public to name its newest rescued sea otter

Changes to 18 marine fisheries rules become effective on Monday, March 24

Among the changes, five of the rules pertain to data collection and harassment prevention for the conservation of marine and estuarine resources, and one rule aims to make administration of shellfish leases more efficient.
